Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, we will proceed with fulfillment and dispatch. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the courier service used. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues or stock unavailability. In such cases, we will notify you and make every effort to resolve the delay promptly. It is important to note that while we coordinate with reliable logistics partners, Techgrill Kenya cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

In the event that a product you receive is defective or not as described, you may initiate a return or exchange within seven (7) days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that returns for change-of-mind are subject to discretion and may incur restocking fees.

Products sold by Techgrill Kenya often include a manufacturer’s warranty, the terms of which vary depending on the brand and type of gadget. Warranty coverage generally excludes damages resulting from water exposure, breakage due to accidents, or evidence of tampering.
