Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there are situations where a return, exchange, or refund may be necessary. Our return policy is designed to be fair to both the customer and the business, and applies under reasonable conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incomplete product
- The item delivered was incorrect (wrong model, color, or specification)
- The product was counterfeit or not as described
Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item, and the product must be sent back within 7 days of approval.
Product Condition for Returns
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in their original packaging
- Include all accessories, documentation, and receipts
- Be in resalable condition, free of physical damage (unless damaged during delivery)
Items not Eligible for Return
Some items are not returnable unless faulty or wrongly delivered. These include:
- Used or customer-damaged products
- Opened software or digital goods
- Hygiene-sensitive items like earbuds or headphones, unless still sealed
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Exchanges
We offer product exchanges under these conditions:
- If the wrong item was sent
- If the customer needs a different variation (e.g., color or model), and it’s in stock
- If the original product is defective
If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, we will provide a store credit or process a refund as applicable.
Refunds
If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued via the original payment method, mobile money, or bank transfer. In cases where Techgrill Kenya is not at fault, refund amounts will exclude shipping and handling fees.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the issue originates from Techgrill Kenya (wrong, faulty, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer will bear the shipping cost for returning the item.
Warranty & Support
Many of our products are covered by manufacturer or seller warranties. Warranty durations and terms differ across product categories. For warranty claims, please contact our support team with the purchase receipt and product details.
